OPTION 01

Pay with PayPal

PayPal provides a convenient way to complete your order online. You may be able to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account or an eligible credit or debit card, depending on the options available through PayPal.

Select PayPal during checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal to securely complete the payment. After payment is completed, you will return to Kemedress.

Credit & Debit Cards

If you prefer not to use a PayPal account, you may be able to complete your payment with an eligible credit or debit card through the payment options presented at checkout.

Accepted card types may vary depending on the payment processor and your location. Please follow the instructions shown on the payment page to complete your transaction.

Payment transactions are processed through the payment services available at checkout. When you enter payment information, it is handled through the applicable payment processor according to its security and privacy practices.

Kemedress does not need your full credit or debit card number for normal order processing. For questions about a specific card transaction, your card issuer or payment provider may be able to provide additional information.

03 PAYMENT TROUBLESHOOTING

Payment Was Declined?

A declined payment does not necessarily mean that your card cannot be used online. There are several common reasons a transaction may fail.

Check Your Card

Make sure your card has not reached its spending limit and that online or international transactions are enabled.

Review Your Details

Check the card number, expiration date, security information, billing address and other details entered during checkout.

Contact Your Bank

Your bank or card issuer can usually provide the specific reason a transaction was declined and advise whether the restriction can be removed.

Why Might a Payment Fail?

Insufficient available credit or spending limit
Your card may have reached its available limit or a transaction limit set by your card issuer.

Incorrect payment information
An incorrect card number, expiration date, security code or billing address may cause the transaction to fail.

Online or international transaction restrictions
Some card issuers may restrict certain online, international or unusually large transactions for security reasons.

Bank security verification
Your bank may temporarily decline a transaction if it requires additional verification or considers the payment unusual.

05 STILL HAVING TROUBLE?

Try Another Payment Method

If your payment continues to fail after checking the information above, you can try another eligible credit or debit card.

You may also return to checkout and select PayPal if that option is available for your order. If you use a card through PayPal and the card issuer has placed a restriction on the transaction, the payment may still be declined.

If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our customer service team and provide the payment error message shown at checkout. For security reasons, please do not send us your full card number or security code.
