TO KNOW

Do I need to wear a bra?

The structured bodice includes built in cups and boning for support. A sticky backless bra can be used if you prefer additional lift, while a regular bra may show around the asymmetric neckline.

Are the spaghetti straps removable?

Yes. The spaghetti straps are removable, allowing you to wear the dress as a clean strapless style or add the straps when you want additional shoulder security.

Does the skirt need a petticoat?

No. The woven brocade fabric is structured enough to hold its shape without a petticoat. A light petticoat may be added if you prefer extra fullness.

How does the corset back affect sizing?

The lace up back provides approximately 2 to 3 inches of adjustment around the waist. The bust and hips have little to no stretch, so accurate measurements are important when ordering.

How should I remove wrinkles from the brocade?

Use a handheld steamer on a low setting and allow the fabric to relax gradually. Avoid placing a hot iron directly on the brocade, as heat can damage its textured and metallic finish.

Is this dress comfortable for dancing?

The full A line skirt allows graceful movement, but the structured brocade is heavier than soft tulle and the dress has a fitted bodice. A proper custom fit is especially helpful for an evening with plenty of movement.

Can I order custom measurements?

Yes. Custom measurements are available. Providing accurate bust, waist and hip measurements is recommended because the structured fabric has limited stretch.

How long does a made to order dress take?

Production takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 weeks before shipping. Please allow additional time for delivery and avoid ordering too close to your event date.
