Many customers who are new to kemedress are curious about how we make a prom dress. Especially when they need a dress very urgently, because their prom is coming in few days. When they chatted with us if they can get a dress in a few days. This is undoubtedly impossible for us, because a dress generally takes about 20 days from order to delivery. If it's a hand-beaded dress, usually we need 25 to 40 days. For special dresses with individual fabrics, we need about 60 days to finish. 

Today we will share a video with you, this video is an abbreviated production step. As you can see from this video, you can see some steps of making a prom dress,cutting, size modified, beaded, and finally displayed. Every step requires careful treatment by the staff. In fact, the most time-consuming part is the beading part. For complex patterns, we need to draw patterns on the fabric. Each bead is firmly attached to it according to the pattern. For the final product we will put them on the fake mannequin to confirm the size again. If there is a problem with the size, we will go back to the tailor again until the size is perfect. Next, our professional QC will check every detail of the product. After making sure there are no flaws, we will send the gowns to the courier department.
